Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, writing and distributing correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, updating office policies and procedures, ordering office supplies, and booking travel arrangements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
